Ergo Sum (2016) Mirizzi is a Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva DOCG: it comes from organically grown white grapes, vinified in the cellar with aging for 5 years in cement and 4 years in bottle. This sumptuous white wine is extremely elegant and refined.

It has a straw yellow color with an olfactory opening of lily and broom along with saffron and yellow plum. On the sip it immediately appears soft and powerful, with the typical acidity of Verdicchio that transforms itself on the finish in an elegant way, releasing delicate mineral notes. The perfect combinations are with strong fish main courses such as stockfish all'anconetana, a risotto with prawns or vegetable-based dishes such as asparagus or pasta with zucchini.
