The grape that makes up this edition (2008) Dom Pérignon boasts an extraordinary balance, complex and dense that adds depth to the aromatic purity. Straw yellow color with golden reflections, persistent and very fine perlage. The bouquet is really complex: a mix of white flowers, citrus and stone aromas with a fresh background of anise and chopped mint. The notes are spicy, smoky, woody and reach a truly complete balance between nose and palate.
