The Lacrima Superiore Paucca of the Badiali Brothers is a precious, dry and fruity wine, to be uncorked on many different occasions.

"Paucca" is the dialect name with which the hoopoe is called. The Fratelli Badiali company boasts about 5 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Morro d’Alba, where the family tradition is carried on with decades of success.

This Lacrima is indicated as Superior given the greater selection of grapes and a longer stay of the bunches in the vineyards, 25 days to be exact. In fact, during this period, the grape performs its famous "lacrimation" and, when it splits, gives its vine its name.
